Flames Pizzeria, a cherished family business, was founded in Caulfield East in 2014 by Pavlo and his wife. The pizzeria’s menu is inspired by decades of expertise and passion acquired working in the cities of New York and Boston.

Pavlo’s journey began in the 1980s, owning successful pizzerias in the United States, followed by ventures in Greece upon his return in 2006. In 2013, the family moved to Australia, where Pavlo’s entrepreneurial spirit found a new home, leading to the establishment of Flames Pizzeria a culinary haven for Melbourne pizza lovers to enjoy.
